As the Istinye University Career Center, we prioritize supporting the personal and professional development of our students and graduates. In line with this, our training, workshop, and seminar programs organized throughout the year are planned in collaboration with university departments, industry representatives, independent trainers who are experts in their fields, and business partners.
The purpose of these trainings is to enable individuals to:

İstinyelilik Manifesto Course
The “İstinyelilik Manifesto II” course, conducted under the coordination of the Career Center, is a multifaceted development program designed to prepare students for the business world as they approach the end of their university life.
The main objectives of this course are to:
- Ensure that students grow into individuals who can adapt to rapidly changing economic, cultural, ethical, and technological conditions.
- Support students in planning, managing, and correctly directing their own career journeys.
- Contribute to the development of skills such as leadership and teamwork through experience.
