Part-Time Student Work Program

The Part-Time Student Work Program implemented at Istinye University is a support model designed for our undergraduate, associate degree, and graduate students, offering professional development opportunities without disrupting their education. Through this program, our students can continue their academic studies while also gaining work experience by taking on duties within the University.

The main purpose of the program is to help students discover their interests, strengthen their abilities, recognize areas for improvement, and receive financial support.

Students who apply and are accepted are assigned to academic and administrative units at Istinye University. The units where students work are determined based on their competencies and interests. Since work schedules are planned so as not to conflict with class hours, the program does not negatively affect academic performance.

Students may work up to a maximum of 15 hours per week and no more than 60 hours per month. Based on the number of hours worked, students receive a monthly wage at the rate determined for that month.

The application process is announced at the beginning of the Fall and Spring semesters. Students who wish to join the program in the Fall semester can access the postings via the ISUNETWORK webpage.
