Assistant Professor Ece Giray Tufan

Gıda İşleme
Ece Giray completed her undergraduate education in Anadolu University, Faculty of Engineering, Chemical Engineering Department in 2012. She started her master's degree in 2012 at Anadolu University, Chemical Engineering Department. She continued her education in Chemical Process Fundamentals and then she completed her graduate education in 2015. She started her doctorate in 2016 at Anadolu University, Chemical Engineering Department and still continues. As of 2017, she has been working as a lecturer at Istinye University Vocational School Food Technology Department.
Ece Giray completed her undergraduate education in Anadolu University, Faculty of Engineering, Chemical Engineering Department in 2012.
