He was born in Istanbul. He graduated from Sakarya University, Department of International Relations. He attended the European Union and International Relations programme at the University of Szczecin with the Erasmus programme between 2012-2013. He continued his studies at Trakya University as a YÖK 100/2000 PhD scholar between 2017-2023. He is currently continuing his PhD programme at Istanbul University, Department of Political Science and International Relations. In addition to his academic studies, he has worked in United Nations projects and international logistics companies.
