Özlem Nur BESLER graduated from Kocaeli University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration in 2014. In 2014, Özlem Nur BESLER worked as an Executive Vice President in charge of Retail Loans for 2 years and 2 months. She completed her Master's Degree in Accounting and Finance. In the 2nd Symposium of Graduate Students in 2017, Ethics Perception to Creative Accounting System: Gaziosmanpaşa University, Department of Business Administration Students received the second prize. She is currently a PhD candidate in the Department of Accounting-Finance at Is Marmara University. As of 2017, she is in the academic staff of Istinye University.
