He was born in Istanbul. He graduated from Sakarya University, Department of International Relations. He attended the European Union and International Relations programme at the University of Szczecin with the Erasmus programme between 2012-2013. He continued his studies at Trakya University as a YÖK 100/2000 PhD scholar between 2017-2023.
