Ilayda Isabetli Fidan completed her bachelor's degree in Econometrics at Istanbul University in 2010. She continued to graduate at the same university MA in Technology and Industry Economics in 2012 and Ph.D. in Economics in 2017. She teaches econometrics, research methods, and economics courses.
