The university's digital transformation vision is based on data-driven governance, the traceability of processes on digital platforms, the strengthening of quality assurance, and the sustainable development of institutional performance. This approach is fully aligned with the principles of digital maturity, data governance, digital quality assurance infrastructures, and digital compatibility in higher education as envisaged in the YÖK 2030 vision.
A Digital Transformation Coordination Board has been established within the university to ensure that digital transformation activities are carried out with institutional integrity and sustainability. The Board acts as a governance mechanism that monitors the alignment of digital transformation efforts with strategic objectives, supports interdepartmental process integrity, and regularly evaluates the impact of digital transformation.
