The ISU YES (Innovation,Impact and Sustainability) Initiative represents a tangible reflection of the principles of inclusiveness, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement adopted within Istinye University’s Third Five-Year Action Plan (2025–2030).
In our strategic transformation journey, we value the ideas and suggestions of every stakeholder as meaningful contributions to the University’s development. In this context, the ISU YES Initiative aims to incorporate the perspectives of all stakeholders — from our students to our academic and administrative staff, from our alumni to representatives of the business world — into our strategic development processes.
Through this platform, you can also contribute to our University’s innovative vision by sharing your creative ideas, improvement proposals, and sustainability-focused projects via the Idea Submission Form. Each submission will be reviewed by the ISU YES team, and appropriate suggestions will be developed further and shared with the relevant units.
