Istinye University Education and Teaching Strategic Action Plan was developed based on the Education and Teaching Policy Document, which was shaped by search conferences conducted with the participation of our internal and external stakeholders, expectations and suggestions from external advisory boards, our university's 2030 vision, and the Turkish Higher Education 2030 Roadmap. This plan serves as a strategic guide prepared with the aim of raising quality standards in education and modernizing learning processes with a student-centered approach in line with our institution's 2030 goals. This roadmap, which enables the implementation of our fundamental education and teaching policies, supports our vision of academic excellence by aiming to use innovative models most effectively in curriculum and implementation processes.
This action plan, which embodies our principle of continuous improvement in education, consists of 7 main projects, 11 sub-projects, and 15 strategic performance indicators that enable the objective evaluation of success. Fully aligned with the principles of interdisciplinary approach, competency-based learning, and sustainable development outlined in our policy document, this structure ensures that our students are prepared to become well-equipped individuals for the world of tomorrow. Through this systematic action plan, İstinye University remains committed to maintaining the quality of its education and teaching at international standards and leading the way in the changing dynamics of higher education.
