Developments in the Third Five-Year Action Plan and Comparative Analysis of Research Universities' Performance Criteria Presented to the Senate and Board of Directors.

At the University Senate and Board of Directors Meeting held on December 17, 2025, the implementation report covering the January–November period of the Third Five-Year Action Plan was presented. While evaluating the current level of progress based on the data presented, the planned targets were compared with the results, and feedback on the process was received.

The presentation also included a comparative analysis of the Third Five-Year Action Plan with the Research University Monitoring Criteria, which was shared with the members of the Senate and the Board of Directors. This analysis assessed the alignment of the university's strategic goals with research-focused performance indicators.
