The 1st Istinye University National Student Project Market, which was organized by the Istinye University Technology Transfer Office (TTO) established with support from Istanbul Development Agency, took place at the Topkapı Campus of ISU on March 03, 2020.
Having received huge interest from both academics and students and been attended by the officials from Istanbul Development Agency and İbrahim ELBAŞI, Director at the Commercialization Center of Istanbul, the Project Market kicked off with opening speeches from TTO Manager Lecturer Melik ERTUĞRUL (PhD) and Istinye University President Prof. Erdal KARAÖZ
In his speech Melik ERTUĞRUL talked about the pride and excitement he felt in organizing the Project Market which he believes will help encourage students to contribute to increasing Turkey’s competitiveness and turning ideas into reality.
Prof. Erdal KARAÖZ underlined that everything starts by dreaming and that it is impossible to have a bright future without dreams and expressed his hope for the Project Market to serve as a milestone in turning dreams into reality and encouraging creativity.
