General Director of Instituto Politécnico Nacional, one of the leading higher education institutions in Mexico, Prof. Dr. Arturo Reyes Sandoval and a delegation accompanying him visited Rector of Istinye University, Prof. Dr. Erkan İBİŞ.
During the meeting, possible cooperation activities between the two institutions was discussed and at the end of the meeting a bilateral cooperation agreement was signed.
