Rector of International University of Kyrgyzstan, one of the leading higher education institutions in Kyrgyz Republic, Ms. Savchenko E. Yu. and a delegation accompanying her visited Rector of Istinye University, Prof. Dr. Erkan İBİŞ.
During the meeting, possible cooperation activities between the two institutions was discussed and at the end of the meeting a bilateral cooperation agreement was signed.
