Elif Çiçekli graduated from Boğaziçi University with a degree in Business Administration. Elif Çiçekli graduated from Boğaziçi University with a degree in Business Administration. She went on to earn her PhD in Management and Organization from Boğaziçi University, with a dissertation centered on organizational behavior. Elif Çiçekli has held various academic positions: she worked as a research assistant at Boğaziçi University, served as a contractual research assistant at the San José State University Foundation, and assisted an international academic research team on global mindset and organizational culture in multinational companies. She also taught international business management as an assistant professor at Istanbul Bilgi University. Since November 2020, she has been an assistant professor in the Department of International Trade and Business at Istinye University, where she teaches courses in Introduction to Business, International Business Management, International Business Environment, Marketing Management, and Organizational Behavior. In addition to her academic roles, Elif Çiçekli is the founder of CSR Media and Consulting, a firm specializing in performance measurement, consulting, and media services in corporate social responsibility.
