Guest Services in Healthcare Management: MLPCARE Experiences Converge at Istinye!

The Department of Health Management at Istinye University’s Faculty of Economics, Administrative and Social Sciences continues its activities, which prioritize sectoral collaborations and practical applications, without slowing down. In this context, the event titled "Guest Services in Health Management: Experience Sharing by the MLPCARE Guest Services Directorate" will bring together future health managers and a leading figure in the sector.

Held as part of the SAY407 "Management Practices in Healthcare Institutions" course, the program will examine the transformation of guest services in healthcare institutions and current health management approaches in this field. Tülay Aydın, the MLPCARE Guest Services Director, will participate as the speaker, while Dr. Hakan Akın from our department will serve as the moderator.

Following the presentation, which will blend theoretical knowledge with real-life examples from the industry, a practical case study/workshop will be held, giving students the opportunity to put the knowledge they have gained into practice.
