Lean Hospital Management Training Delivered by Dr. Gülhan Kalmuk at Bezmialem Foundation University!

Dr. Gülhan Kalmuk, faculty member of the Department of Health Management at the Faculty of Economics, Administrative and Social Sciences of Istinye University, delivered an extensive training titled “Leading the Future: Lean Hospital Management” at Bezmialem Foundation University on September 26, 2025. The event, held at the Erich Frank Conference Hall, received significant attention from healthcare administrators, academics, and hospital staff.

During the training, Dr. Kalmuk addressed key topics such as the applicability of lean management philosophy in healthcare institutions, process improvement techniques, patient safety, and resource optimization.
