Our Master's Thesis Defenses Continue Full Steam Ahead!

Elif İlhan, a student in our department's master's program with a thesis requirement, successfully completed her thesis defense yesterday!

Her master's thesis, titled "An Investigation into the Relationship Between Healthcare Personnel's Perceptions of Occupational Health and Safety Competence and Their Job Satisfaction Levels: A Case Study of Metin Sabancı Baltalimanı Bone Diseases Training and Research Hospital", was conducted under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Fahri Erenel, Head of the Logistics Management Department. The thesis was deemed successful following the defense, which included jury members Asst. Prof. Dr. Hakan Akın and Asst. Prof. Dr. Tolga Barışık.
