Our PhD Program Has Produced a New Graduate!

Our PhD student, Ayşe Nur Türkoğlu, has graduated after successfully completing her thesis defense! Ayşe Nur Türkoğlu successfully defended her doctoral thesis, titled "The Relationship of Organizational DNA with Organizational Trust, Organizational Commitment, and Individual Job Performance," before the jury.

We congratulate our esteemed graduate, her supervisor Asst. Prof. Dr. Tayfun Utaş, and her co-supervisor Assoc. Prof. Dr. Özlem Özaydın, and we extend our thanks to the faculty members on the jury who contributed academically to the thesis defense examination.
