- To sustain the management system by establishing the necessary technological infrastructure for decision-making processes related to education and training, research, innovation, and technology development activities,
- To ensure efficient use of resources and establish a sustainable financial structure,
- To establish information management systems supported by digital transformation in order to manage the University effectively and efficiently through a process-based management model, and to develop actions within this framework.
