4. Research topics, researcher profiles, and institutional research opportunities are accessible both within the institution and at national and international levels to support the effective development of new research projects and collaborations.
5. Programs are developed and implemented in which research activities and learning activities at all levels feed into each other, particularly focusing on training qualified researchers at the doctoral level, and their outputs are monitored and updated in line with needs.
6. Diversity in research areas and the multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary approaches required by relevant subjects are shaped with consideration of economic and social benefits in line with national and regional needs.
