As part of the internationalisation strategy of the Faculty of Economics, Administrative and Social Sciences, the Dean Prof. Dr. Figen YILDIRIM, and Vice Dean Prof. Dr. Ayselin YILDIZ held a collaborative visit to UC Leuven-Limburg University of Applied Sciences (Belgium) on 1–2 December 2025. During the meetings, which attracted high interest from UCLL students, Prof. Yıldırım and Prof. Yıldız provided in-depth insights and information about studying at Istinye University.

In addition to student engagements, meetings were held with representatives from other participating universities to explore new avenues for collaboration and international research opportunities.

Key prospects included:

  • Marketing in the food industry with Western Norway University of Applied Sciences (Norway),

  • An exchange program in the field of business with Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana (Colombia),

  • International research partnerships in logistics with North West University (Republic of South Africa),

  • Collaborative development of a COIL (Collaborative Online International Learning) model on migration studies with Leiden University of Applied Sciences.
