Scope of Duties and Activities

The Office of the Vice Rector for Strategic Transformation serves as the coordinating unit responsible for strategic planning, institutional transformation, performance management, and collaboration processes in alignment with Istinye University’s vision and strategic objectives. The office integrates a data-driven, sustainable, and agile management approach into the institution’s overall structure. In addition, it coordinates the development of strategic international partnerships from an institutional transformation perspective, ensuring that these collaborations are structured in harmony with the University’s long-term goals.

Main Areas of Activity:

  • Leading the University’s strategic planning processes,

  • Monitoring, evaluating, and reporting strategic action plans,

  • Designing and implementing institutional transformation projects,

  • Developing collaborations and establishing sustainable global partnerships in line with the University’s international strategic objectives,

  • Ensuring the follow-up of strategic priorities across the University,

  • Supporting data-driven decision-making processes,

  • Managing coordination and cooperation among relevant units,

  • Planning and overseeing high-impact projects at the Rectorate level,

  • Ensuring qualified academic human resource planning and strategic staffing.
